Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

About 8 Red skin potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp garlic powder
½- 1 tsp red chilli powder (if you want a little kick)
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400. Wash potatoes. Dice into 1-inch pieces. Toss with olive oil and spices in a bowl. Spread on baking pan. Roast for about 20 minutes stirring once during baking. Roast until potatoes are slightly golden brown and fork pierces potato easily.
