One green vegetable that I don’t mind eating a ton of is green beans. It also helps that this is probably the fastest side dish I’ve ever made that requires hardly any prep work.
2 bags of the steamable green beans (fresh preferred)
¼ cup sliced almonds (optional)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove of garlic, minced
salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Make green beans in microwave according to package instructions. Put in bowl with rest of the ingredients. Toss and serve.
