Banana Nut Overnight Oats

I mean, who doesn’t love waking up and breakfast is already ready to eat? Take a few minutes before you go to bed and your morning will be slightly less rushed!

½ cup oats
1 cup nondairy milk (almond)
2 tsps honey or maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp flax seed or hemp seed
½ banana, sliced
1-2 tbsp your choice of nut (sliced almonds, chopped walnuts, chopped pecans, etc)

Mix all ingredients in a mason jar. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, heat it up and enjoy.
