TACOS! Who doesn’t love them?
Okay, so this might not be the most Whole30 compliant recipe because of the tortillas but it’s definitely paleo and delicious and oh well, because tacos.
Carnitas (see the recipe here)
Siete Foods tortillas (buy them here)
Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice (see recipe below)
Fajitas (see recipe below)
Salsa- your favorite kind!
Guacamole (find the recipe here!)
2 red peppers, sliced
1 small red onion, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice
1 1/2 cups cauliflower rice (make your own or get it from Trader Joe’s!)
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Salt to taste
Heat up the cauliflower, add the rest of the ingredients, and mix!
Once all the ingredients are ready, it’s time to assemble your tacos! Put a little bit of meat, rice, fajitas, salsa, guac, and lettuce on that tortilla and munch! DELICIOSOS!
