In my weight loss journey, I’ve experimented a lot with different ways of eating- vegan, vegetarian, paleo, etc. to see which way will allow my body to release this extra weight.
Lately, I’ve been eating a more paleo diet and have noticed some weight loss (finally!). I’ve gotten off track in the past few weeks (hey, I’m human and like ice cream), so I’ve decided to recommit by starting off with another round of Whole30.
I did my first round of Whole30 this past May, and while it was tough, I felt great on day 30!
Today is Day 1 of Round 2, so for the next month or so, you’ll see all Whole30/Paleo friendly recipes.

I finished Round 2 and felt great! Of course with the holidays, I got a bit off track, so I started Round 3 on January 2nd!
