Man, where do I start?

I was thinking today what my life would look like today if I hadn’t started eating mostly clean, whole foods a few years ago. “Yikes” is the word that came to mind. How tired I would feel, the lack of energy, the lack of motivation and confidence, the sickness and not to mention the extra weight.

I’m so glad that’s not the reality.

I’ve learned a lot in the past few years. Food is SO important. The food you put in your mouth has a tremendous impact on your life, health and happiness. And it’s such an easy fix! Just changing your lifestyle and what you choose to eat everyday can change the quality of your life in many positive ways.

Eating mostly clean started out of a desire to lose weight, but it’s become much more than that. Seeing my grandparents suffer from their health motivates me to eat well so I can live a quality life until the end. My energy, quality of sleep, attention span; they’ve all improved.

There’s a lot to learn about fueling your body properly. I’m here to help! Whether it be recipes, advice on what to eat or not to eat, meal planning, tips, motivation- whatever you need, I can help. Don’t be afraid to reach out.
